At Vitalife™, we believe in full transparency when it comes to subscriptions. Our goal is to provide a convenient, hassle-free way for you to stay consistent with your Vitalife™ Saffron Gummies — while giving you clear control over your orders.

Clear Subscription Disclosure

When shopping on our website, subscription options are always displayed clearly and must be manually selected by checking the subscription box. By selecting this option, you agree to receive your Vitalife™ Saffron Gummies every 30 days at the discounted subscription price.

This subscription disclosure is shown in multiple places:

  • On the product page
  • Inside the cart drawer
  • At checkout

By completing your purchase with the subscription option selected, you agree to these terms and authorize us to automatically process and ship your order every 30 days, based on your original purchase date.

Billing & Renewal Schedule

Your card will be automatically charged every 30 days. Each shipment is sent on the same day of the month as your first order.

Example: If your first order was placed on September 10th, your next orders will be automatically processed and shipped on October 10th, November 10th, and so on.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum Subscription Period: Because subscription purchases are offered at a lower price than one-time orders, the minimum duration before a subscription can be cancelled is 2 orders.

After the 2-order minimum, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel:

  • Self-Service Option: Log in to your Vitalife™ account using the email you used at checkout. From your account, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly.
  • Support Option: Contact us at info.officialvitalife@gmail.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Important Timing Notes:

Please ensure you cancel at least 1 business day before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

If your order has already been processed and shipped before your cancellation request, we cannot issue a refund for that shipment — as you’ve had a full 30 days prior to the renewal date to cancel.
